2. Purpose

These Terms regulate online contracts for products available at keymandesign.com.

3. Legal capacity

Products may only be purchased by individuals over 18 years old or legal entities with full legal capacity.

4. Purchase process

1. Select products. 2. Fill in data. 3. Accept Terms and Conditions and Privacy Policy via mandatory checkbox. 4. Confirm payment. 5. Receive confirmation email.

5. Pricing policy

Prices include VAT. Shipping costs calculated separately. Price changes do not affect confirmed orders.

6. Shipping

Preparation 1–3 business days. Spain mainland 24–48h, Balearic Islands 3–5 days, EU 3–7 days, International 5–10 days. Spain cost €4.90 (free from €120). Tracking number sent by email.

7. Right of withdrawal and returns

14 calendar days from receipt. Request by email. Products must be unused and in original packaging. Return costs borne by customer unless faulty. Refund within 14 days. Exclusions: customised items.

8. Warranty

Legal warranty of 3 years against defects. Repair, replacement or refund offered.

9. Payment methods

Visa, Mastercard, Maestro and other methods available at checkout. Secure payment via Virtual POS.

10. User responsibilities

User agrees not to make fraudulent purchases and to provide accurate data.

11. Limitation of liability

Keyman Design is not liable for damages due to force majeure or indirect damages.

12. Data protection

Data processed according to GDPR for order management, customer service and marketing under consent. See Privacy Policy.

13. Amendments

We may amend these Terms at any time, effective from publication.

14. Governing law and jurisdiction

Spanish law applies. Courts of Madrid will have jurisdiction.
